Returns: How does it work?

We certainly hope you are happy with your purchase! If the product is not entirely to your liking, you can return it within 30 days of receipt.

Important Information

• The costs for returning are at your own expense.
• The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
• Unfortunately, personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned, unless there is a defect or error.

How to return your order

1. Register your return

2. Pack the product carefully
   Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transport. If possible, use the original packaging.
3. Send your package
   Send your package via a carrier of your choice. Always keep the proof of shipment until we have processed the return.
4. Receive your refund
   Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days.
